Admission procedure

Entrance ExamsEntrance exams in English are administered to determine applicants' proficiency. This is designed to help students improve their English proficiency, as most courses will be taught in English. The University Preparatory Program (UPP) is offered prior to regular admission to university and college programs for those who need to improve their English proficiency to understand lectures in English.How to ApplyApplications are accepted on the main campus, in room 108 on the first floor. Applicants will be interviewed and provided with the necessary consultations. Entrance tests are also held here. Currently, documents can also be submitted online. Applicants must visit 2020.edu.gov.kg and register. They must then proceed through the admissions process, submitting all required documents. 2. Original high school diploma or vocational education diploma
3. Copy of ID card or passport.
4. ID photos: size 3×4 color – (6 pieces).Registration fee: 600 som*. For foreign citizens residing in Kyrgyzstan, a copy of the Kyrgyz Republic visa page.

5. Copy of military registration certificate (for boys only).
6. Photo for documents: 3x4 cm (4 pcs.).Registration fee: 500 som*. For foreign citizens residing in Kyrgyzstan, a copy of the visa page for the Kyrgyz Republic.

Scholarship Plan for the 2026–2027 Academic Year 1. Students entering the Bachelor's program after graduating from our college. Scholarship amount: 50% of the tuition for one year.In subsequent years, priority consideration will be given to scholarships. 2. Applicants from nearby regions. Nearby regions: Ivanovka, Ivanovka Station, Krasnaya Rechka, Telman, Ken-Bulun, Otogon, Yuryevka, Gidrostroitel. Scholarship amount: 20% of the tuition for one year. 3. Applicants with high ORT scores or academic performance. 3.1. Students entering the Bachelor's program. Based on ORT results, see Appendix 1. 210 points or higher: full tuition waiver for one year.
